<p>2 cups dry bread cubes<br />
1 large stalk celery, minced<br />
1/3 cup dried cranberries<br />
1/4 cup chopped walnuts<br />
1 small yellow onion, diced<br />
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic<br />
1/2 teaspoon ground sage<br />
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram<br />
1/2 teaspoon salt<br />
1/4 teaspoon pepper<br />
1 egg<br />
1/4 cup hot water<br />
2 turkey legs<br />
1 1/2 tablespoons butter</p>
<p>DIRECTIONS</p>
<p>1. Warm oven to 375 F (190 C).<br />
2. Put a large sheet of foil on a baking sheet.<br />
3. Put bread, celery, and cranberries in a bowl.<br />
4. Add walnuts, onion and garlic to the bowl.<br />
5. Add sage, marjoram, salt and pepper to bowl.<br />
6. Mix in egg and enough hot water to moisten.<br />
7. Place the turkey legs onto the foil sheet.<br />
8. Season with salt and pepper as needed.<br />
9. Ladle bread mixture around turkey legs.<br />
10. Drizzle combined mixture with butter.<br />
11. Completely seal foil around mixture.<br />
12. Bake 60 minutes in warm oven, or until turkey, leg meat has reached an internal temperature of 180 F (80 C).</p>
