2 med. onions, diced
1 tbsp. grease
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
2 dashes of hot sauce
1 (8 to 10 lb.) turkey
Salt and pepper to taste
